Partner terms and conditions

  1. Partnership packages will be allocated strictly on a ‘first-in’ basis and included benefits will commence upon receipt of payment.
  2. The organisers reserve the right to alter the partnership package inclusions as circumstances require.
  3. The organisers, conference venue and their agents accept no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss (property or other) suffered by any conference partner, their staff or agents, visitors, participants or delegates in connection with the Conference and/or exhibition. Conference partners are advised to organise their own insurance to cover these and other risks.
  4. Conference partners shall be liable for any damage or loss caused by them, their staff, contractors and/or agents.
  5. Should a conference partner cancel participation in the exhibition, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
    • if cancellation is notified 30 days or more prior to commencement of the Conference, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
    • if cancellation is notified less than 30 days prior but 14 or more days prior to commencement of the Conference, 75% of the payment shall be refunded.
    • no refunds shall be available for any cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to commencement of the Conference.
  6. Partners agree to comply with operational instructions and directions from the organisers.
  7. The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates and/or visitors that may attend the exhibition and/or the associated Conference.

Exhibitor terms and conditions

  1. Exhibitor space will be allocated strictly on a ‘first-in’ basis. Exhibitor space will only be allocated and participation in the exhibition confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  2. The organisers reserve the right to alter the design, location and specification of the exhibition as circumstances require.
  3. The organisers, exhibition venue and their agents accept no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss (property or other) suffered by any exhibitor, their staff or agents, visitors, participants or delegates in connection with the Conference and/or trade exhibition. Exhibitors are advised to organise their own insurance to cover these and other risks.
  4. Exhibitors shall be liable for any damage or loss caused by them, their staff, contractors and/or agents.
  5. Should an exhibitor cancel participation in the exhibition, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
    • if cancellation is notified 30 days or more prior to commencement of the Conference, all monies paid will be refunded less an administration charge of $150.
    • if cancellation is notified less than 30 days prior but 14 or more days prior to commencement of the Conference, 50% of the payment shall be refunded.
    • no refunds shall be available for any cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to commencement of the Conference.
  6. Exhibitors agree to comply with the exhibition schedule and other operational instructions and directions from the organisers.
  7. The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates and/or visitors that may attend the exhibition and/or the associated Conference.
